Michael Schneider
Michael Schneider an experienced criminal defense attorney, concentrating in appellate, habeas corpus, and post-conviction litigation. Michael has successfully defended homicide, serious felony, and misdemeanor cases. In addition, Michael has handled a number of cases involving national security, international law, classified information, export violations, and civil liberties issues. Michael also represents students accused of plagiarism and misconduct at area colleges, law schools, and graduate schools. He also represents scientists, researchers, and university professors accused of scientific research misconduct.
