Michael R. Schneider an experienced criminal defense
attorney, concentrating in appellate, habeas corpus, and post-conviction
litigation. Michael has successfully defended homicide, serious felony, and
misdemeanor cases. In addition, Michael has handled a number of cases involving
national security, international law, classified information, export violations,
and civil liberties issues. Michael also represents students accused of

Margaret E. Fox joined the firm as an associate in 2008 after four and a half years as a public defender at the Committee for Public Counsel
Services (CPCS). Her practice focuses on criminal and civil litigation in state and federal courts and parole and disciplinary hearings in the state prisons. Margaret started
her career in the CPCS Brockton Office where she tried numerous cases in District and Superior Courts. She successfully represented defendants indicted
for rape, drug trafficking, and assault and battery.
